Punctuality: Students should be present at school before the first bell (9.10 am). Late comers have to seek permission of the Headmistress before entering their respective classes.

Early Arrival Discipline: Students who reach the school early should maintain discipline inside the school campus and have to be seated in their classes.
നേരത്തെ സ്കൂളിൽ എത്തുന്ന കുട്ടികൾ സ്കൂൾ ഗേറ്റ് കടക്കുമ്പോൾ മുതൽ നിശബ്ദത പാലിക്കുകയും അവരവരുടെ ക്ലാസ്സിൽ കയറിയിരുന്ന് പഠിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ്.

Morning Prayer & Assembly: The school day begins at 9.00 am with a study bell. First bell rings at 9.10 am followed by a common prayer in which all students are to participate. On convenient days, there will be school assembly.

Respect to Teachers: Students should rise up and greet teachers when they enter and leave the class as a sign of respect.
അധ്യാപിക ക്ലാസ്സിൽ പ്രവേശിച്ചാലുടനെ കുട്ടികളെല്ലാവരും ആദരപൂർവ്വം എഴുന്നേറ്റ് നിന്ന് അഭിവാദനം ചെയ്യണം. ക്ലാസ്സ് കഴിഞ്ഞ് അധ്യാപിക പോകുമ്പോൾ എല്ലാവരും എഴുന്നേറ്റ് നിന്ന് ആദരവ് കാണിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.

Leave Record & Absences: Students will not be permitted to enter class without a leave application signed by their parents in the school diary.
ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണത്താൽ ക്ലാസ്സിൽ ഹാജരാകാത്തവർ അടുത്ത ദിവസം ക്ലാസ്സിൽ വരുമ്പോൾ ഡയറിയിലെ ലീവ് റെക്കോർഡിൽ രക്ഷകർത്താവിന്റെ ഒപ്പിട്ട് കാരണം ബോധിപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.

Visitor Policy: Visitors are not allowed during school time and students are not permitted to leave school premises without prior permission.
ക്ലാസ്സ് സമയങ്ങളിൽ സന്ദർശനം അനുവദിക്കുന്നതല്ല. സ്കൂളിൽ വന്നതിനുശേഷം സ്കൂളിൽ നിന്നും പുറത്തു പോകാൻ പാടില്ല. അത്യാവശ്യ ഘട്ടങ്ങളിൽ മാതാപിതാക്കൾ നേരിട്ടെത്തി റെക്കോർഡിൽ ഒപ്പുവെച്ച് കൂട്ടിക്കൊണ്ടുപോകേണ്ടതാണ്.

Restricted Areas: Students are not permitted to enter the office room, staff room, laboratory, library, computer room, or sports room without permission.
ഓഫീസ് റൂം, സ്റ്റാഫ് റൂം, ലബോറട്ടറി, ലൈബ്രറി, കമ്പ്യൂട്ടർ റൂം, സ്പോർട്സ് റൂം എന്നിവയിൽ അനുവാദം കൂടാതെ പ്രവേശിക്കാൻ പാടില്ല.

Physical Education & Games: Games are allowed only during P.T. periods and after class in the evening.
P.T. പീരിയഡിലും അനുവദനീയമായ സമയങ്ങളിലും മാത്രമേ കളിക്കാൻ പാടുള്ളൂ.

Strict Discipline: Students should maintain strict discipline within the school premises at all times.
സ്കൂൾ പരിസരങ്ങളിൽ നിർബന്ധമായും അച്ചടക്കം പാലിക്കണം.

Malpractices & Serious Offenses: Frequent absence without leave, copying in exams, stealing, disrespecting teachers, lying, and unauthorized phone usage are serious offenses liable for dismissal.
പരീക്ഷകളിൽ കോപ്പിയടി, മോഷണം, അധ്യാപകരെ അനുസരിക്കാതിരിക്കൽ, കളവുപറയൽ, ഫോൺ ഉപയോഗം എന്നിവ സ്കൂളിൽ നിന്ന് നീക്കം ചെയ്യാൻ തക്കതായ കാരണങ്ങളാണ്.

Care of Property: Students should see that the entire school premises, their classroom, and furniture are kept neat and protected from damage.
ക്ലാസ്സ് മുറികളും പൊതുമുതലുകളും നശിപ്പിക്കാതെ വൃത്തിയായി സൂക്ഷിക്കുക.

Environmental Care: Students are not allowed to enter the school garden or pluck flowers and ferns.
സ്കൂൾ പരിസരത്ത് നിൽക്കുന്ന ചെടികളോ പൂക്കളോ പറിച്ചെടുക്കുവാൻ പാടില്ല.

Library Discipline: Students must maintain complete silence in the library and reading room. Library notes must be signed by the class teacher.
ലൈബ്രറിയിലും റീഡിംഗ് റൂമുകളിലും പരിപൂർണ്ണ നിശബ്ദത പാലിക്കണം. ലൈബ്രറി രജിസ്റ്റർ, നോട്ട് ബുക്കുകൾ ഇവ ക്ലാസ്സ് ടീച്ചറെ കാണിച്ച് ഒപ്പ് വാങ്ങിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.

Outside Publications: Students are not permitted to bring or read magazines, external periodicals, or pen drives from outside.
മാസികകൾ, പ്രസിദ്ധീകരണങ്ങൾ, പെൻഡ്രൈവുകൾ എന്നിവ കൈവശം വെയ്ക്കുകയോ മറ്റുള്ളവർക്ക് കൈമാറുകയോ ചെയ്യരുത്.

Mandatory Examinations: No student will be promoted to a higher class without appearing for all prescribed examinations.
പരീക്ഷകൾക്ക് ഹാജരാകാതിരിക്കുന്നത് പ്രമോഷനെ ബാധിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

Value Education & Chapel: Catholic students attend catechism classes; other students attend moral science. The school chapel is open to all students for prayer.
കത്തോലിക്കാ കുട്ടികൾ കാറ്റക്കിസം ക്ലാസ്സുകളിലും മറ്റ് കുട്ടികൾ മോറൽ സയൻസ് ക്ലാസ്സുകളിലും പങ്കെടുക്കണം. സൗകര്യമുള്ള സമയങ്ങളിൽ ചാപ്പലിൽ കയറി പ്രാർത്ഥിക്കുന്നത് അഭിലഷണീയമാണ്.

Co-Curricular Participation: Club activities and extra-curricular events are designed for all-round development. Active participation is expected.
സ്കൂൾ സംഘടനാ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളും പാഠ്യേതര പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളും കുട്ടികളുടെ സർവ്വതോന്മുഖമായ പുരോഗതിയാണ് ലക്ഷ്യം വെയ്ക്കുന്നത്. അതിനാൽ എല്ലാ കുട്ടികളും അവയിൽ സജീവമായി പങ്കെടുക്കണം.

Strict Mobile Phone Ban: Students are strictly prohibited from bringing mobile phones or electronic gadgets to school.

Pedestrian Safety: Students must walk along the right side of the road on footpaths when walking to and from school.

Road Crossing: Always look both ways before crossing roads and use zebra crossings wherever available.
റോഡ് കുറുകെ കടക്കേണ്ട സാഹചര്യമുണ്ടായാൽ ഇരുവശവും നോക്കി വാഹനങ്ങൾ വരുന്നില്ലെന്ന് ഉറപ്പുവരുത്തിയ ശേഷം മാത്രം കടക്കുക.

Bus Queue & Etiquette: Maintain a disciplined queue at bus stops and observe decorum and courtesy while onboard transit.
ബസ്സ് യാത്ര ചെയ്യുന്ന കുട്ടികൾ സ്കൂളിലേയ്ക്ക് വരുമ്പോഴും തിരികെ പോകുമ്പോഴും ക്യൂ പാലിച്ച് ബസ്സിൽ കയറണം. മാന്യത പാലിക്കണം.

St. Mary's Block Corridor Safety: Students of St. Mary's block are strictly restricted from sitting on the side walls of corridors.
സെന്റ് മേരീസ് ബ്ലോക്കിലെ കുട്ടികൾ വരാന്തയിലെ അരഭിത്തിയിൽ ഇരിക്കാൻ പാടില്ല.

Emergency Gate Pass: Students will not be allowed to leave school during working hours with parents, unless for verified emergency reasons.

The Augustinian Pledge of Conduct: Listen to and obey day-to-day instructions given by school officials. Remember always: "I am a student of St. Augustine's Girls HSS. My conduct shall always be exemplary."
